Is my order confirmed?

Check the order page and your inbox, what’s the point of checking here? But if you are still confused like we always are, some spare-sage technology will make sure you will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. When will you ship my order?

7 – 8 Working Days (Does Not Include Sundays.) 

When will my order get delivered?

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you are provided with a tracking link via email & SMS. Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items.

Within India:
  • Metros – 8-10 days
  • Rest of India – 10-12 days

International Shipping:

  • Depending on the location, you will be made aware of the charges & timelines during the checkout process


How much will I be charged for delivery?
It’s Free of Charge.
How can I track my order?
An email & sms is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the Order Id on our website after logging in and click on the courier partner’s name.

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?

Unfortunately not. Invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.

We ship our orders across the globe. For shipping anywhere outside India on a chargeable basis, please contact us

We accept returns or exchanges under two circumstances mentioned below:

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product from our end
If you received an incorrect product that is other than the one your ordered on our website


Returns / Exchange

We do not accept returns for size discrepancies. please check the size chart and order accordingly

Please mail us at [email protected] before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.

Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.

What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per our Exchange Policy?

T-Shirts, Face Masks, Hoodies, Sweatshirts Posters, Mobile Covers, Mugs, Magic Mugs, Coasters, Mouse Pads, Pop Grips, Button Badges & Notebooks are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out.

How do I mail the returns?

Items have to self shipped to our premise, you can use any courier service of your choice we will not be arranging any pick up from your location.

Will I have to pay for returning the products?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

Please send us an email at [email protected] with the pictures/videos of the product/print. We will verify that and upon approval, send you a replacement within 48 hours.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to [email protected] After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
